Drilling rig characteristics
1. Engine:Feed by hydraulic cylinder,the drilling efficiency is higher and it can save labor.
2. Drill rod:53x59 drilling rod adopted,high rigidity and strong delivery torque.
3. Spindle:Vertical spindle are fixed by four groups of bearing to ensure that the rotary machine is rigid enough for gravel layer and other complex geoloical conditions.
4. Mud pump:Equip mud pump with flow 160L/min,save cost and also make the structure compact.
5. Concentrated handle, small footprint,light weight, strong decomposition, easy to move.
Scope of use of drilling rig
A self propelled track/crawler drilling platform are introduced to make the transporting of the drilling rigs and accessories easy.
Various model can be mounted to the track/crawler, such as GY-100, GY-150 series, GY-200 series. Because GY-150H, GY-200-2A can slide on frame to give space to handle the drilling strings, this makes them very suitable model to be mounted on track/crawler. Also they are powerful rigs capable of drilling up to 150m/200m respectively.
Mud pump also can be mounted. Drilling rods, core barrels and other tools can put on the platform, it is very convenient to move the whole system.
The track/crawler can be sold alone, or together with the mounted rigs and mud pumps.
